Clubs, Societies & Exhibitions
This section of my web site introduces photographs of suiseki collected by members of two clubs: the California Suiseki Society, founded by me 14 years ago, and the Associazione Italiana Amatori Suiseki, the all-Italy suiseki association that represents the best artists collecting in Italy. We are fortunate that the oldest suiseki club in the Western Hemisphere, the Kashu Suiseki Kai, is only 20 miles from me, in Palo Alto, California. The other, San Francisco Suiseki Ki, where I was a member for over 15 years, is 26 years old. Although I didn't include them in my clubs section, their stones are presented in my New & News Section.
